Georgia is the terminus of the Belt and Road. Georgia E60 Highway runs through the east and west of Georgia and is an important section of the Eurasian trunk road. China road and bridge will build the 13.05km standard F3 line with four lanes in both directions and a design speed of 100km/ h. The terrain of the project area is mainly mountainous and steep. The bridge/tunnel ratio of the whole line is 76.7%, which is the most critical section of THE E60 expressway project.
